Upgrades

These involve all aspects of the electrical system. We do service upgrades where we remove the old electrical service and install a new electrical service. These are usually required when more power is needed, or when the old service no longer meets code. Most electrical system upgrades fall under these circumstances. We do a lot of changes to lighting systems as well for both accent and security purposes. There are also situations where houses have aluminum wiring and because there are a lot of issues related to aluminum wiring our clients opt to upgrade to copper wiring.

Code Correction

As properties age and more people do work on their properties we see issues where things are not done to code. This is usually the case when home owners are ready to sell or buy property. We work with realtors and home owners to correct issues as they come up on inspections. We also work with commercial clients that have a need to comply with fire safety issues for the safety of their staff and patrons.
