Basement Finish

Basement finishes are usually required by our clients to add guest space, play areas for kids, and entertainment rooms of all types. We start by meeting the client to discuss their vision. We help with everything from initial budget and design to final completion of the project.

Tenant Finish

Tenant finish involves finishing commercial spaces for use. These include Doctor’s offices, Retail Spaces, Restaurants and general office space to name a few. Our involvement usually starts with the general contractor, architect or the occupying client. We help with the initial design and budget if necessary and work closely with the general contractor to see completion. We can also work with an electrical engineer to do design build work.
